Determines whether you can post a MANIFEST EDI message when a vessel visit is in the Arrived, Working, Departed, or Closed phase. By default, N4 does not validate the vessel visit phase when you post a MANIFEST EDI message. You must configure this setting at the EDI Session level.
The setting has the following options:
ARRIVED - Do not allow to post the MANIFEST EDI message if the vessel visit is in the Arrived phase.
WORKING - Do not allow to post the MANIFEST EDI message if the vessel visit is in the Working phase.
DEPARTED - Do not allow to post the MANIFEST EDI message if the vessel visit is in the Departed phase.
CLOSED - Do not allow to post the MANIFEST EDI message if the vessel visit is in the Closed phase.
NONE - If you do not want to apply this setting in N4 you must include this option.
After you include the necessary value(s), you must add the setting to the MANIFEST EDI session.
